On this page you will find the valid General Terms and Conditions of MAREK Industrial a.s. for individual types of customers. Please select the option that corresponds to your status when making a purchase.
- GTC for business customers
(B2B)
For purchases made under a company registration number and for business cooperation within entrepreneurial activities.
- GTC for consumers (B2C)
For purchases by natural persons outside the scope of entrepreneurial activities.
If you are unsure which option applies to you, the decisive factor is whether you act as a consumer or as a business customer when placing the order (e.g. by providing a company registration number or purchasing on behalf of a company).
