Push locks

A snap lock is the simplest form of door lock. Snap locks can be closed by simply pushing on the lock body, which switches it into the locked position. This means that a key may or may not be required to close and secure the lock. Some locks can be activated by pressing and do not require a key to engage. Other types require a key to prevent accidental or unintended locking. Snap locks come in several finishes, including nickel, satin nickel, chrome, and more. They are available in brass and zinc alloy.
