Vice Clamping Technology
Innovative approach to 5-axis machining The revolutionary compact 5-axis vice introduces a completely new physical approach to clamping. New methods of separating force transmission and workpiece positioning lead to significantly improved clamping performance. Thanks to intelligent force distribution, only minimal torques are transferred to the machine table.
As a result of the symmetrical design of the 5-axis vice, the workpiece is always centered. The double-sided pull-down effect firmly presses the workpiece against the clamping jaws, increasing its stability. This new clamping technology for 5-axis machines enables the use of maximum cutting and feed forces.
