Leveling casters – always perfectly level, no matter the floor

Our new leveling casters feature a simple and robust design. Thanks to multiple versions, they cover a wide range of industrial applications and environments. The durable caster material ensures long service life with minimal wear. One caster can dynamically support a load of up to 340 kg, allowing safe movement of frames weighing up to 1 ton when using 4 casters.

The leveling foot is easily adjustable using a standard wrench, which is included in the package along with the caster. Floor unevenness of up to 10 mm can be compensated thanks to the smoothly adjustable mechanism. To move the structure to another location, simply retract the foot, transport the structure, and extend the foot again.

Main advantages:

  • Universal mounting options
  • Compensation of floor unevenness up to 10 mm
  • Flexible use for workstations and other constructions made from aluminum profiles
  • Load capacity up to 340 kg per caster
  • Wheel diameters of 50 or 62 mm

We offer the casters in two mounting variants:

1. With internal thread M12 and reducer M12/M8 or M12/M12

The simplest mounting option – you can use the internal M12×20 thread, allowing the caster to be mounted from the top side of the structure. Additionally, the set includes reducer bolts M12/M8 and M12/M12, enabling you to mount the caster practically anywhere. Ideal also for use with our I-series or B-series aluminum profiles.

2. With mounting plate

The second mounting option is using screws through a mounting plate with holes, specially designed for 40 and 45 profile series. However, it can easily be used for other applications as well. The plate features special heart-shaped holes that allow mounting without overlap, ensuring a secure connection to various frame profiles. This design increases application flexibility and, above all, ensures higher safety.
