Thrust components are used for fixing workpieces, serving to secure the workpiece during machining. In spring-loaded versions with a ball, for example, they act as a locking mechanism for adjustment. Indexing plungers are used in pivoting and rotary mechanisms, as well as for positioning stops. In addition to easy handling, long service life and quality are also essential. In the production of our indexing plungers, we focus on precise movement and reliable locking in the end position—whether the pins are threaded into an existing thread or welded in smooth design. This minimizes the influence of forces during machining, and a change of locking position is only possible after manually retracting the pin.

For stability and corrosion resistance, indexing plungers are made of corrosion-resistant or stainless steel. The ergonomic design of the handle in plastic or stainless steel allows comfortable and simple operation with tapered and cylindrical pins. For mounting on sheet metal structures and thin parts, we have also developed special plungers with a flat nut. All plungers are available in standard lengths and diameters.
