Kipp Rolling Guide Technology for Precise Motion Guidance
Conveyor systems, packaging machines, positioning systems… They all have one thing in common: they require guidance that performs reliably even under alternating loads and continuous operation.
KIPP is expanding its product range with a new category: track rollers. The range comprises 104 products across 9 product families, engineered for precise integration into both existing and new machine designs.
Engineering foundation
The combination of single-row ball bearings and a carefully selected running surface material ensures reliable operation even under continuous duty and alternating loads. Diameters from 20 to 70 mm cover applications ranging from precision handling to heavy-duty industrial use.
Mounting versions are available with or without a stud. Studs are manufactured from black-oxide steel or stainless steel.
Running surface profiles include cylindrical, concave, convex, V-groove, flanged and non-flanged designs.
Three materials – three operating profiles
POM (white, Ø 20–35 mm)
High precision, chemical resistance and quiet operation. Ideal for automated
systems where cleanliness and low noise levels are essential.
PUR (dark brown, Ø 20–60 mm)
Absorbs vibration and protects sensitive guide systems. The preferred choice for
applications where noise reduction and shock damping are critical to process
quality.
Nickel-plated steel (Ø 30–70 mm)
Designed for high-load applications. Dimensionally stable and
corrosion-resistant. Available with double ball bearings for demanding operating
conditions.
POM and PUR are injection-moulded directly onto the bearing. The steel outer ring is mechanically secured with a retaining ring for enhanced stability in industrial applications.
